Each User may hold only a single account at 43bet, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same CPF or another person's details, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of the available balance.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. 43bet reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time and to close accounts where false or inconsistent information is identified.
Age verification: 43bet performs an automatic age check at the time of registration. Any attempt to create an account by a person under 18 will be immediately blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

43bet accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$) through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:
The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits over R$ 10,000.00 may require additional documentation for regulatory compliance purposes. 43bet does not charge any fees on deposits made through any of the methods listed above.
All deposits must be made in the name of the account holder. Deposits made in a third party's name will be declined and the amount returned to the original payment method. 43bet reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
Boleto notice: bank slips (boletos) must be paid before the expiry date shown at the time of issue. Expired boletos cannot be reactivated and a new one must be generated. The balance is credited only after the bank confirms payment.
The User may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided the account is fully verified and there are no pending bets against the total balance. The primary withdrawal method at 43bet is Pix, processed within minutes any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Withdrawal conditions:
Balances from uncredited bonuses (bonuses pending rollover) are not available for withdrawal until all release conditions have been fully met. The amount available for withdrawal is always the real account balance, excluding any locked bonus funds.
Bets placed on 43bet are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market available on the platform. Where there is a conflict between the general rules described here and the specific rules of a given market, the specific rules take precedence.
A bet is considered registered and binding only after the on-screen confirmation is displayed showing the corresponding ticket number. Bets that are processing or that failed due to a connection error are not considered valid until confirmation is received. 43bet recommends that Users always check their bet history to confirm each ticket has been correctly recorded.
Live bets are accepted in real time during event broadcasts. 43bet may temporarily suspend live betting at critical moments — goals, red cards, penalties — to update the odds. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled by 43bet, with the staked amount refunded to the User's balance.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe defined in the specific rules for that sport, all affected bets will be voided and the amounts refunded to the User's balance. For elimination-format tournaments such as the Copa do Brasil, specific walkover and withdrawal rules apply as published in the market conditions.
Minimum odds for bonus rollover: bets used to meet bonus rollover requirements must have minimum odds of 1.50. Bets on Asian handicap or combined markets must also meet this minimum odds requirement per selection.

Detection of any of the behaviors listed above may result in immediate account suspension, balance hold pending investigation, and — where applicable — reporting to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law.
43bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:
If an account is closed due to suspected irregularities, the account balance may be held for as long as necessary to complete the internal investigation. If no irregularity is found, the balance will be released for withdrawal via Pix within 5 business days after the investigation is concluded.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 43bet support. In that case, the available balance will be returned via Pix within up to 3 business days, provided there are no open bets or locked bonuses pending review.

43bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, including in response to changes in Brazilian sports betting regulations. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date. In that case, the available balance will be refunded via Pix with no penalties.
